YOUTUBE KOK BISA AS A POTENTIAL EDUCATION MEDIA
FOR INDONESIA’S YOUNG CHILDREN
The use of social media and the hope of Indonesian government in order to systematize the big data of national is very high. However, the high use of the internet is inversely proportional to the low digital literacy which actually helps education and information seeking. The social media that currently ranks number one is YouTube. This is put to good use by Ministry of Education and Culture of Republic of Indonesia and several creators in creating creative and informative educational content. The research objective is to explain and compare creative content that can support learning activities. The stages of the research carried out are to describe the importance of the "six senses" in the conceptual era and the marketing process. Our results show that YouTube content creators who specifically discuss educational themes that are legally sourced are still limited. One of the YouTube accounts, "KOK BISA", packs its content attractively through animation, the language is simple, the explanation is not too complicated and provokes the audience to think critically by asking questions. Creators from several educational companies also provide learning tips and tricks such as Ruang Guru, and Zenius. Educational contribution is very much needed, there are not many vlog content with educational themes. This is a problem as well as a potential that can be developed.
